On the 5th of June I submitted a claim which was from Dischem (dated 27/02/2013) they following day a made a follow up and I was told I should wait for 5 working days they will credit my account, after 5 working days there was nothing in my account I made a follow up again and I was told that the claimed has been processed. After several calls I was told that I must go at Dischem for the refund I went at Dischem they sent me back to the medical aid. I called the medical and again they asked me to resend the claim which I did and I made a follow up and they kept on promising that it will be paid in 5 working days, I called them again and I was told that they money was credited to Dischem I must go to them and ask for the refund I went to Dischem again and they sent me back to Bonita's, I was told that that they claim has been processed I should wait. I called them again and now they are telling me that I must get an affidavit from the police station in order to get the refund and also I must send a proof of payment. I'm paying levies because of their negligence they took the money from savings instead of taking it from chronic they reversed that but I'm still paying levies?
