I upgraded my contract on 6 November 2013. I was supposed to recieve my updated data bundle on 2013-11-27 and and again on 2013-12-27. I never recieved any. I enquired as from 06 January 2014 about this at the Nationalcustomer centre. I recieved numrous reference numbers. Being send from pillar to post. Every person I spoke to at customer care promised me that the problem wil be resolved. Today again I was promised by Themba that someone will call me before the end of bussiness and my querie will be resolved. I called the call centre just now (16:45) and yet my querie is not resolved. The supervisor informed me that he will call me back on Monday.
