Poor service

My iPhone 5 started rejecting the simcard and I booked it in on the 22nd of December 2013 at Vodacom Menlyn repair centre. On the 27th of December 2013 I went to the shop to enquire if they know what's wrong. I was told that no feedback is available and due to the number of holidays I can expect an answer the first week of January 2014. I then went to the shop on the 6th of January and was told that the App Find my iPhone was on and they tried to phone me to switch it off. I received no miss call or messages! Very unhappy I disabled the App and was told they would book it in as urgent. 2 days later I got an SMS that my phone has been dispatched. I have since the 9th of January received one further SMS stating the phone was taken to the advanced repair centre. I have phoned a further 3 times every time speaking to someone different with excuses.

Bottom line is this has been the worst service I have ever gotten from a service provider. This in unacceptable. I spoke to someone at the repair centre this morning promising feedback on when it will be fixed. Again no feedback as of yet.
