UPSET CLIENT

I would like to know why my phone was switched off today, It is Virgin Mobiles fault for putting the payment through on the 20 DECEMBER 2013 AND Not on the last working day
The consultant that called me said that due to it being a holiday the date was changed I get paid on the last working day of each month kindly put the payment though an remove the barring from my phone

this is not my fault but the onus of VIRGIN MOBILE FOR CHANGING THE DEBIT ORDER DATE
