Virgin mobile in breach of contract

My two year mobile phone contract came to and end in March 2013. In Feb 2013 I informed Virgin mobile that i would NOT be continuing my contact as i was unhappy with their service and prices. Virgin informed me that they had received my request to cancel my contract and that my last debit order would go through in May 2013. Its now June 2013 and I am still being debited money every month and being loaded with airtime, I have spent more than 2 hours on the phone with them and each time its the same story: They state that my line would be switched over to pre-paid as soon as possible but it never happens. Shame on Richard Branson for letting VMSA ruin his company name and reputation.
