I'm on the MTN Anytime 750 package, which supposedly includes 750 MB of data per month. Since October 2013 I have not been getting my data bundle automatically on the monthly cycle date (as has always been the case previously).
When I did not receive my data on the October 2013 cycle date, I called the call centre and when I eventually got through (took a while!) the data was loaded within a few hours.
At the November 2013 cycle date I again did not receive my data, so rather than going through the call centre ordeal again, I went into the Willowbridge store to try sort it out. Sadly, that has lead to absolutely nothing yet & despite numerous subsequent calls and emails, I have - to this day - not even received a reference number for my query yet.
Same happened at the December cycle date - no 750 MB data coming through.
In the meantime I'm getting billed - at out-of bundle rates - for the data I use...
Is there somebody in MTN who can help to get this sorted out for good?
