I took my phone in to Vodacom Repairs Centre, Greenacres Shopping Centre on the 31st of December 2013. The guy I spoke to said the phone cannot be repaired. Made my sign a million things and told me that they will send documents to the insurance, they will then contact me within 3 days. I contact the insurance on the 5th day and they tell me that they never received anything from Vodacom. I phone Moffatt on Main to get the person to call me and explain what is happening, but no calls from them. I called Customer Care and they cannot help me either. What the do I do now. They didn't have a loan phone for me to use and I'm now stuck without all my bladdy things. What must I do for them to just call me back and explain what the is happening!!!
