I recently found out with the help of my Son that the data I pay for from 8ta everyone month (10Gig 10Gig wifi) is not rolled over to the next month. At the end of December 2013 my son showed me how to check my balance on my account and informed me that what ever data I had left over was removed on the last day of the month. Under the CPA agreement, no company is allowed to do this. And even after phoning through to the helpline on 081180 I was informed that under their terms and conditions that it was not rolled over as their standard practice. I would like this rectified as soon as possible as I believe that I am not receiving what I have paid for.

I have given my son's contact number below for him to correct this error as i am not technically minded as he is.
