After posting my complaint last week, Adnaan van Heerden emailed me insisting I take a loan phone. I'v said to him" I am not interested in a loan phone, I want a REPLACEMENT" The repairs of any phone usually take 7-14 working days, in this event its 30 DAYS. Hey Vodacom, it does not take a genius to realise u have INCOMPETENT staff working there, how many more days/weeks/months do u need to realise if u havent repaired it by now, u not going to. This phone should have been REPLACED.Why is my phone still sitting at DBN HUB REPAIRS. This phone should have been sent to Advanced Repairs Centre in Jhb long ago for REPLACEMENT.I have spoken to Lindiwe in Dbn Hub, I get EXCUSES, shes WAITING for feedback. I'v spoken to the assistant manager Roxaan who promised to call me back, but didnt. I had to call her, MORE EXCUSES. The only person that spoke any sense was DEVAN from the Advanced Repair Centre in Jhb. He agrees this phone should have been REPLACED LONG AGO. In the meantime I'm paying for subscription/BIS/handset thats not being used. VODACOM IS RIPPING ME OFF IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. WHY ARE U PROCRASTINATING .GET UR ACT TOGETHER VODACOM - REPLACE MY PHONE.
