Unblacklisting query

My phone was on the 17 Dec and I called Autopage on the 18 Dec to have it blacklisted and was told to call on the 20 Dec to get the ITC Ref No to open a criminal case. The phone was returned to me on 19 and I called Autopage to ask them that I needed it unblacklisted and was told to submit an affidavit and a copy of my ID as I havent opened a criminal case and didnt claim from the insurance. When I got the documents they requested I was told that I also needed the unblacklisting form from them which was sent to me. I faxed and emailed all the three forms on the 24 Dec and was told to switch off the phone for 72 hours to let the processes run through. Its the 8 Jan 2014 and still my phone hasnt been ublacklisted despite sending the relevant documents more than 8 times and still having to call them couple times, all I get is being sent from one person to the next and they all telling me that its being sent to the blacklisting department to be unblacklisted but still to this day that hasnt happened. Im really now certain that I wont be renewing my contract with Autopage anymore because this is the second different query that they couldnt help me with or they simply incompetent
