In September / October of 2013, my data bill came in @ R2362 . This was a staggering amount which i proceeded to query with Autopage.By the 16th of October I had sent all the required documents for Autopage to send the URL retrieval request to MTN, to date I am still waiting.
I have on numerous occassions contacted Autopage reminding them of this with no success. I then complained on Hellopeter on the 26th or so of December. I was called back by a Marco Adonis who promised to escalate and resolve my complaint on the 3rd of January.
This still hasnt happened.
All he did was give me this reference # 322263
Today i call autopage again and am told that on their system it shows that the query has been resolved and closed!
In their wildest dreams!
I want my money back from these guys!
