Terrible service

My phone was on the 28th of july and was recovered on the 29th. I had already phoned in to backlist it and after it was recovered I requested it to be unblacklisted on the 30th. I received an sms the next day saying the unblacklisting was succesful. I was then told by autopage kimberley that the proccess would take awhile. I cannot use my cellphone at all. I can only receive calls. Today i phoned cutomer care out of frustration and was told that the request was received by them but no one had worked on it. This is totally unacceptable. My phone, as with most people, is my mobile office. This is not the first time i have had issues with Autopage and this is definitely the last contract i will have with them. Im not sure who is responsible but i would like answers. This is not the way a telecommunications compay should be run
