MY SON LOST HIS PHONED AT SCHOOL. WE CALLED AND BLACKLISTED THE PHONE ON THE 21-03-2013 A FEW DAYS LATER A PHONE WAS FOUND AT SCHOOL. I CALLED VODACOM REQUESTING FOR THE UNBLACKLISTING OF THE PHONE. I WAS REFERRED TO VODASHOP WHERE I COMPLATED THE UNBLACKLISTING FORM ATTACHED AN AFFIDAVIT FROM THE POLICE AND COPY OF MY ID WHICH WAS FAXED ON THE 26-03-2013. I WAS TOLD IT MIGHT TAKE UP TO A WEEK . I WAITED PATIENTLY NOTHING HAPPENED ON THE 4TH - 04-2013 I VISITED THE VODASHOP AGAIN WHICH THEY REFFERED ME TO GREENPOINT REPAIR CENTRE ONLY TO FIND OUT THE PHONE WAS STILL BLACKLISTED. THEY FAXED AGAIN STILL NOTHING HAPPENED. I HAVE VISITED VODASHOPS MORE THAN 5 OCCASSIONS AND CALLED THE CALL CENTRE ON NUMEROUS OCCASSIONS STILL NO SOLUTION. I AM SO FRUSTRATED NOW AND NOT SURE WHAT MORE TO DO. NOW I AM SITTING WITH A DUMMY CONTRACT PHONE I AM PAYING EVERY MONTH. WHAT MORE MUST I DO.
