Wow! Cell C simply can't get it right.
This is regarding my previous HelloPeter complaint about my Samsung S4 Mini's faulty battery. A chap from Customer Care called me yesterday, telling me that I have to send the phone in repairs at least 3 times before they'll consider replacing the handset. Keep in mind that every time I send the phone in for repairs it takes 21 working days. With the first replacement I was without a phone for more than a month.
This is unacceptable. I WILL not accept this. What am I paying R289 pm for? Definitely not for reception (refer to several of my previous complaints regarding bad reception) and apparently not a phone either, since I'll have to be without a phone most of the time. I want this phone replaced NOW, or I will have this contract CANCELLED like the data contract I had and move to another service provider who can actually provide an acceptable standard of service.
