I haven't been impressed with Cell C over the last year and couldn't wait for my contract to expire so that I can move to a different provider. I even wrote 2 complaints about Cell C on the website which didn't help either.
My iPhone 5 mysteriously stopped working and was sent to the Cell C repairs center - Reference Number CLC1005031. I just received a replacement phone from Cell C after a few weeks. I didn't expect a replacement phone; I was actually expecting my old phone to be repaired.
I realise that everyone is quick to complain but very few of us will take the time to write a compliment. I feel that I owe a big thank you note to the repairs department; you have given me faith in Cell C again. Keep up the good work!
