I was invoiced over R170 for a service that I did not subscribe to. Apparently if you do not OPT out and SMS STOP to these SPAM sms's then you are automatically subscribed to the service. This is a criminal offence and I would like to see proof that I initiated the subscription. I recently read an article where Vodacom said that they had measures in place to verify these subscriptions but obviously this is not working. Who is going to refund my money? I also see on my account the I am subscribed to MIRA networks. Vodacom - remove this subscription!
