Charged for something I didn't subscribe to!!

This is a piggy back complaint on CELL C, which I will THOROUGHLY complain about with all the characters I have available.

MIRA Networks subscribed me on some weird subscription which I never subscribed to! I then, for almost the entire of November get charged R 6.15 a day for this subscription!

I call the call centre (0861106472) and the "gentleman" in inverted commas because he was a complete p, he says it's not Mira Networks doing the deductions, but they are the gateway to some other shady little subscription place that does deductions. I call the number: 011 966 8141 and the "lady" again in inverted commas, says she's going to send me an email to the refunds department. When I say I need her to hold with me until I receive the email, she tells me she has a million other customers to deal with (like an email takes 5 minutes?) and she hangs up on me.

Here I am, with no email, with Mira sending me an sms that THEY have unsubscribed me, although they "have nothing to do with it" and no resolution. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. How can people just deduct money from your account because they SPAM you with something you didn't SUBSCRIBE TO??
