Cellspice billed my account with Vodacom with amounts of R97.99 and R195.99 for November and December, respectively. When I queried with Vodacom, I was told that I was subscribed for some adult content with Mira Networks from 12 November 2013. I duly told Vodacom that I never subscribed for such content and when I asked for proof, I was referred to Mira Networks which referred me to Cellspice. On 13 Jan 2014 I contacted Cellspice and requested proof of subscription but Cellspice has refused to produce any but instead they are some cut-out pdf copy which does not have a name and they are claiming that it is proof that I subscribed to their services. Furthermore, Cellspice is refusing to provide me with proof that it rendered the service that it claims that I am subscribed to. Vodacom has not been helpful in this regard as they are making this problem mine but they did not bother to verify with me when Cellspice made a request to debit my account.
I want my full refund as I have never subscribed for this service.
