I have just been informed by Vodacom that I have subscribed to an sms service with Mira Networks. Not only have I not subscribed to this service or any such service, the said sim card that I supposedly subscribed with is my 3G wifi sim!

Calls to Vodacom have proven a complete waste of time as they can only provide me with the Mira Networks contact number, which stays engaged. Vodacom refuses to verify that the sms was never sent and now say that it is up to Mira Networks to cancel my subscription.
