LOW SERVICE LEVEL AND IGNORANCE BY STAFF

I submitted a claim for my baby's pediatrician bill of R650 for payment I made to Dr Gitesh Vala that needs to be refunded to me. I submitted this invoice on the 23/12/2013 and received a confirmation that my e-mail was received from Bankmed. I called on the 30/12/2013 and to my surprise i was advised that the claim was not received, i resent same and again received confirmation that same was received. To date this claim has not been finalised and neither did i get feedback from bankmed. I have been calling this whole week and have been advised that the claim is with the claims department and they will escalate the claim, again nothing has been done. on the 09/01/2014 I spoke to Nobubele who claimed that she is the second in charge as her manager was not available, I was garanteed by her that this claim will be paid today and same has not been done (call ref 151763168). I called today and asked to speak to Nobubele and was advised by Gail that another claim was paid however i didnot query this claim I then insisted on speaking to Nobubele and was on hold for OVER 30 MINUTES and still holding!!! This is not the first incident of this kind. I had the same problem in November???
