I went to the Vodashop at Cresta on the 21st of December to submit an insurance claim for a damaged phone. It is now the 23 December and I have called the insurance number and they tell me that the insurance claim was not submitted. I called into the shop and they put me on hold forever until I eventually hung up. This is rude and unacceptable.
When you are forced to go in store and submit a claim, you expect the claim to be submitted.
I now have to call the consultant who helped me on Saturday myself because he is on leave in order for me to get a hold of my technical report so that i can submit the claim myself .
