I submitted my MTN insurance claim form on 9 December 2013, a week later the automated tele-prompter is still advising me that the claim form has not been received. This after faxing the form twice and e-mailing it as well. There is no agent who picks up when i choose the option to speak to one, after holding for almost an hour.
I will definately be cancelling the insurance cover as well as my contract once this has been resolved.
