Now for my second attempt on here in the hope of getting some feedback, after my first post I was called on Monday 6 Jan, due to the fact that vodacom sent me the wrong phone and I had appalling service from them. The person called and said they where cancelling my contract upgrade as we spoke, so naturally now that my contract upgrade was cancelled I could upgrade in store, well I went into store today and was told my upgrade still hasn't been cancelled. Seriously how hard is it to cancel an upgrade, it cant take more then 5 min but now I must apparently wait another 48 hours after I wasted an hour of my time today trying to upgrade. Please give me a call and explain why the service is so unbelievably bad and save your useless standard reply, just call me and fix my issue.
