My line is due for an upgrade, I received an SMS as well as an e-mail advising me that I am due for an upgrade and to visit my nearest store to do so. NOWHERE on the e-mail or SMS does it mention the date that this upgrade can be done. After spending lengthy waiting periods for the call centre, (and WHEN they decide to answer and not disconnect my call) I get informed by the staff I spoke to, that I can now upgrade. What a joke! I still can not upgrade as my due date to do so is only the 9th November. Why do call centre's give incorrect information? This is not the 1st time I have experienced such shocking service from Vodacom... Maybe I should cancel the contract as opposed to upgrading...
