Moved from city A to town B and Telkom confirms that they will transfer my tel-service free of charge because I am an exciting client. I congratulate them and apply in writing Aug 2013, follow up a few times, and now they inform me that they cannot install a phone because they cant find the cable in the street in front of the house to connect. Tried again but "we cant install a phone". This can only happen in modern SA.
You don't have to contact them because I note from your web-page that you posted 6200 Telkom complaints (must the most in SA) and they were able to answer only 9%!
