Today I went to MTN store in menlyn mall to do a sim swap. I got there and I was given a number to sit and wait to be called. I waited 30 minutes and I asked one of the attendants why are we waiting for too long and her response was "I have people who have waited to an hour". After 45 minutes I realised that some of the attendants would go to the back of the store and vanish for minutes after they finished attending some clients. I also noticed that some people would be attended to who arrived after we did. When I enquired I was told that they would rather attend to people whose service requirements are quick and some of us would have to wait. No apology or remorse from this and the previous attendat. After waiting for 52 minutes I realised that I cannot wait anymore. I left. Shame on MTN for bad service. I wonder if I will ever return to MTN menlyn
