I have just moved from PTA east to centurion and what was suppose to be a simple line move has now affected by job and my quality of life. Telkom technicians and supervisor has come to my property they cannot find a phone line yet the supply box is outside on the pavement.
They say the area has no overheads and only underground cabling now they want me to dig a cable underground for 20 meters and they want me to install it for it them. This is ridiculous and absurd this is what telkom is an Infrastructure Service provider...
Come on guys catch a wake up and smell the coffee! I need a phone line and your too incompetent to fix it...
