I applied for a contract for a Samsung Galaxy Tab on the 17/12/2013 with a monthly subscription of R289 with 1Gig free. My account was only activated on the 20/12/2013 and stopped again on the 24/12/2013 in which I could not use the Tab. I received an invoice for a huge amount for services I have not signed for & charged for extra Data for services which has stopped on the 24/12/2013 & 1Gig not fully used. Contacted relevant people on numerous occasions with regards to my problem & also spoken to Neil who could not assist me in anyway but rather laughs at me over the phone and told me the bill will be normal the next month. I am appalled by the service I received.
