As I cancelled BOTH my cellular accounts with Autopage in October and the SIMs were transferred to prepaid on 14th November, I'd really love to know why you are still applying stop orders to my account. I did phone up a few weeks ago to explain there was a problem and, as usual, it seems I was ignored.
Ironically, the reason I cancelled my contracts with you was largely because your organsation is utterly incompetent and dealing with your representatives is much like trying to explain quantum physics to a potato. EVERY request I have ever made through your call centre has been ignored or improperly implemented; Autopage is truly the bottom of the barrel when it comes to the service industry.
By the way, I would like a complete reconciliation of for the amounts you've deducted for the past three months and the amounts you feel are due.
