VODACOM NOT FOR ME

I went into the vodacom 4 u store on saturday the 4th of Jan 2014 to do a sim swap. 5 days and about 20 calls to them I still have no phone as the card is not active. Nobody at that store ever calls their customers back not only is the service in the store terrible but there is no after sale service at all. I left 5 messages for the owner of the store to call me but still no responce what so ever... think i need to rethink my SERVICE provider. This is the second time i have had bad service from this store... I have 4 months left on my contract and I WILL be looking for another SERVICE provider...
