I am typing this report as a loyal customer of Vodacom for now approaching my 6th year on this contract and several years before on another contract.
I have found this week thinking a lot about changing to another service provider.
I have a major issue with Vodacom Clearwater, who don't return calls or answer my questions.
My phone had an oh of box fault and has been with the store for 7 days and I still don't know if its going to be replaced.
They took my money for upgrade fee and sim swap and I am still without a phone or even an answer or a call back to my messages left
Disgusting service overall, why must this become my problem to resolve
Use another branch if u have to use Vodacom
