Sim Swap Gone wrong

I on Thursday visited the New Vodacom Store in Oakdene the Glen. The service consultant Luke assisted me with our corporate account sim swaps on three lines. I was told it `would `take 3 hours to activate. Well on Saturday I contacted the store as the connection is not yet active. I left several messages and finally got hold of Luke who told me he had submitted and the problem no longer sat with him as Vodacom needed to do there job. I then contacted Vodacom call centre who could not see any process of sim swap requests on the system. I am now miles away on leave and stuck without connectivity!!! Vodacom sort this out!
