Last year this time i had a problem with a BB9900 which i booked it in for repairs at the Walk-in repair centre, same day i was given a refurbished handset which i used until it refused to boot on the last week of December, again i booked it at the same centre and again i was given another refurbished phone. This time around the phone as advised by the 1555 agents that they cant pick it up on the network/server. though i loaded an uncapped BIS service i cannot access social networks, app world and even to load a personal email on.
I'm trying to understand why i have to go up and down due to someone's negligence. They better fix my phone via the call centre, i have done my part and i fully expect MTN to do the same.
