Terrible service-poor follow up-bad attitude

I went to do a sim swap at the woodmead store, was overcharged for the service and was told franchises have different prices for different services and products which is ridiculous.

Herman assisted me and requested documents which he received but left an inactive sim in my phone for a whole day due to 'servers being up&down' in vodacom.
I subsequently had to call twice and requested an update but he never called back.
Was unprofessional and unhelpful and said all was in order when i left but i had to keep calling to ensure the process was complete.
Really pathetic service. I couldhv done the sim swap the day after elsewhere and for cheaper instead of being forced to use woodmead so they could make a sale at their store. Will never use woodmead again!!
