MTN ive been trying to get an upgrade on my contract. None of your 3 shops that i went to have the phone i want in stock. I then ordered online after holding for the upgrade department call center for more than 40 minutes.
Guess what? the MTN direct gave me 083 123 3667 to contact for any quesries and i cannot go through because that line cuts calls.
Your upgrade call center is inefficient, your mtn direct is inefficient, Your twitter account takes a day to respond to queries and your stores dont have stock. What must we do now
