I pre-register on 8/11 for the iPhone 5S 32Gb, received two calls during the week with confirmation on the last that I will be called friday morning to finalize everything.

Not receiving a call and the vodacom upgrade website being permanently down, I called upgrades (holding on forever, were cut off, no stock reply) just to find out that they do not have any more stock and according to them no record of anybody phoning me relating to the upgrade. The I was told to go to the Voda Shops, they should still have stock. Speaking to Precious one of the managers she promised to sort this out if I give her the times of the calls, which I did. 13 Nov - 9:15 - 082 27598, 13 Nov - 4:40 - 0821784400

Just received another call from... 4400 wanting to upgrade me... after all the security checks and information I was just informed that I can not upgrade to the 5S 32Gb, it is out of my league... I must choose a cheaper phone or package, but the Smart L & iPhone 5S will be costing me exactly the same (sorry R32 more) as the iPhone 240 & iPhone 4 currently on my account that I am upgrading from. When I wanted to inquire about what is going on the line was just cut off...
