MTN IS TAKING FOR EVER TO SUPPLY MY PHONE FOR A UPGRADE WHICH I'M ALREADY PAYING FOR. WHEN YOU PHONE THEM, THE CALL CENTER IS IRRITATED WITH YOU, TRANSFER YOU FROM ONE TO ANOTHER CONSULTANT. I STILL DONT KNOW KNOW AFTER 3 WEEKS IF THEY HAVE RECEIVED STOCK, AND IF I CAN CANCEL, OR MY PHONE PREFERENCE, I EVEN EMAILED MTN DIRECT, AND STILL NO RESPOND. I HAVE BEEN BATTLING TO GET MY UPGRADE DONE FROM 14 DECEMBER UNTIL NOW. THIS IS PATHETIC FROM MTN. I AM PAYING FOR A SMART PHONE I'M NOT EVEN USING!!
