Good day. I have been a loyal client of MTN for the past 7 years and a contract member for 4 years. My contract is due for an upgrade and naturally i visited my MTN direct store for an upgrade. There i saw the special of a S4 and Samsung tab for R569, naturally i was keen but the store had no stock. I was told that they would contact me when stock arrives. I contacted 3 other stores in our area and none have stock. It is now going on 4 weeks and numerous calls to various MTN stores but all have the same response "no stock and unsure as to delivery of new stock" The new contract deals/phamplet was released last week and this combo still featured -yet no stock STILL. Why advertise if you have no stock ona prolonged basis? Is this how long term clients are treated? Very disappointed at this low level of service! I would like for stock to be made available asap and the costs of my numerous calls and wasted visits to MTN centres remunerated.
