We ordered a phone online prior to Christmas. We accepted that it would not happen during the Christmas/New Year Period!

Now we have not received any feedback in the new year. We get notification that our query would be handled within 24 - 48hrs, but no feedback!

There is no number to phone and no single person to take responsibility!

Vodacom does not deliver on their promise!
