I ordered the new iPhone 5s online from FNB around the 28th of November. I couldn't argue the fact that they were out of stock as it was just released and only limited stock was sent to SA. Then a message was posted on the FNB website that all orders must be in before the 16th of December to be delivered before Christmas. Yesterday I get told that my order wont be delivered until next year! If you make a promise, keep it! Now I need to tell my son that he can't get his Christmas present until next year! This is unacceptable.
