No feedback for my query for three weeks

Still awaiting feedback for my request from the 7th of march for my phone-Tried calling the call centre several time they don't know whats going on. I sent a email directly to vodacom they say feedback with in 2 days still waiting.00146a8KMNCQ9HGF-that's my reference. Do you really think this is fear service. Its going to be 20 days since my first query and no feedback- All they say is that we have not received feedback from repairs-They say that they have tried sending emails-That is a not 1 has been received. Vodacom really pushes a person to take things further.
