NEVER UPGRADE ON VODACOM ONLINE

I had a horrible experience upgrading online - everything worked fine until Ram Courries had to deliver the package. They did not phone me before to tell me which day and what time will arrive so needless to say I wasn't home. They were not prepared to make an appointment with me and would only tell me they will come between x and x. They were not prepared to deliver to another address where I will be at or to deliver to another person (even if I gave copies of both IDs and a letter to authorise the other person to take delivery). Six days after the upgrade I still don't have my new phone. I've had to make 7 phone calls to Vodacom and Ram Courriers this morning and were just sent from the one to the other. Very bad service and very bad attitudes from both Vodacom and Ram Courriers agents.
