I normally finish my Christmas shopping early to avoid delays and disappointment. This year, however, I left things to the last minute so when I ordered on TakeAlot, the expected date of delivery was after Christmas. I thought I would take a chance and thankfully my parcel arrived on Monday. The team kept me informed despite the pressure they were under trying to deliver everyone's online Christmas shopping by today.
