No line after ordering in November 2013

I ordered my line in November 2013 and have phoned Telkom several times to check on the installation date. Every time I phone they tell me there's a technical problem they are fixing and they will phone me with a delivery date soon. It's almost two months later and still no delivery date. Please deliver my phone line.
