Upgraded online, got a micro sim instead of nano, then had to go into a store and do sim swap, only to come down to durbs to see my ipad mini which supposed to be a christmas gift doesnt work and I still sit here with noone able to to help me. to add one, I was limited on my remaining data on the old contract and my cell phone contract which i cancelled gets cut out at 9 am instead of later that day. this has far been the worst christmas and new year ever with all forms of conncetions cut out by vodacom, I just want to move to mtn or some other network now after been with voda since 2005 as a contract custome
