I called MTN 2 weeks ago and eventually spoke to a supervisor who assured me that I would receive a call back from her last monday (30 Dec) and have still not received a call to date. I have called MTN a total of 3 times now to be assured that the supervisor will call me back. This is unacceptable! MTN's service has continually been shocking! They charged me for uncapped data services I paid for and have not reversed the problem that they know happened.
