Logged a call on 13/11/2013, assured feedback in 1 to 24 hours, called back on 18/1/2013 to follow up, spoke to supervisor whos till today has not called me back, i think her name is Fatima who should learn a thing or 2 about customer service because she insisted that i received a second sms requesting a letter which i did not. spoke to Luziko at 11h50 and he promised that a supervisor will call back, still waiting, called back again at 13h20 spoke to Fatima still nothing resolved. How hard is it to get a copy of an itemised bill??? its not like vodacom is doing me a favour. there is so much competition out there... why should i stay with them? REF s3- t611e-eqhwm
