ALTECH AUTOPAGE - NO AFTER CARE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had taken out a contract in Feb 2012 n assured of a 2yr warrant on my phone, BB Torch 9810. I experienced numerous problems with the phone n handed it in for repairs at the Gateway Branch on 5/5/13 n was told that it will take 3-6 weeks. To date (going OVER TWO MONTHS) I have not received my phone or feedback. i have called several times, sent emails - to Head Office and Gateway - which cost me my time, money, inconvenience n also paying for a phone on contract, which I don't have. I eventually got so frustrated n asked 2speak 2a Supervisor on 14/6/13, no one was available, the lady, Sizakele who took my call at the call centre said she will log a request n the Supervisor by the name of Iris will call me back within a couple of hours (Ref. A130614836). I called again on 15/6-Celina assured me someone will get back to me within 24 hrs. It is now 05/07/13 n no one as returned any of my calls or emails and informed me as to whats happening regarding my phone. The email that had sent me informing me that the phone has a 2yr warranty was forwarded. I have had numerous after care service problems with Altech Autopage. I need to seriously consider my next upgrade - VERY POOR SERVICE
