Billing Queries Unresolved!

I have been querying my billing since September and no results.

August 2013 INV: E525637879 - Two 2GB data bundles added- Shows existing pattern of always adding on an extra 2GB bundle.
September 2013 INV: E525699415 - One 2GB data bundle added -Incorrect data charges due to not applying data bundle charged for. Query resulted in credit R1005 in October. NO CREDIT LIMIT SHOWN ON STATEMENT
October 2013 INV: E525759348 - One 2GB data bundle added - This was not applied and I was charged out of bundle rates. (but they charged me for the bundle they added)
October statement CREDIT LIMIT = R8000 TOTALLY UNAUTHORIZED! This should be reported to the credit bureau for irresponsible credit! I would never have agreed to a credit limit this high.
Queried October data charges. Got suspended for over credit limit. queried now got a letter saying I'd agreed to pay the queried amount in full!!! This is totally incorrect and unfair consumer practice.
