I took out an annual Sunday Times (and Times) subscription in February of 2012, and soon thereafter I received two copies of the Times and one Sunday Times and nothing more. Since March 2012 I have been persistently calling the call centre and lodging complaints so I could receive the paper.
I was always told that a supervisor would get back to me but not once did a supervisor ever call me. At the beginning of this year I contnued complaining that I still am not getting a copy of the paper and after numerous frustrating calls eventually in February 2013 I have started to consistently receive copies of the paper. Yet, I am now receiving renewal forms from the Sunday Times advising me that my subscription is about to expire. Of course this is completely unacceptable bearing in mind I have recieved delivery for less than 2 months. So I have continued to phone the call centre (my last call was on Monday 25 March 2013) who continue to tell me a supervisor will get back to me and still I wait for one call from the Sunday Times addressing my problem (on Monday a supervisor promised to get back to me that day but hasn't). This has been the worst service delivery I have ever experience
